An affiliate of Cascade Concessions Services, OCSI enjoys the same leadership and expertise as its parent company. Since 1977 Cascade Concessions has serviced a wide array of venues in the Pacific Northwest, including several important local traditions such as Seafair, the Portland Rose Festival, and the Ellensburg Rodeo. From its inception, Cascade has focused on speed, efficiency, and versatility: the qualities demanded of a successful specialty food service operation. Beginning summer 2005, we have applied this expertise to our work with the Washington State Ferries, one of the Northwest’s most unique and well-known regional food service operations.
